Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

API Stash ("the Service") is operated by API Stash ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. The Service

API Stash is a collaborative API client: you can save and run HTTP requests, chain them into flows, capture inbound webhooks, schedule runs, and share workspaces with collaborators. We offer a free tier and may offer paid plans with additional limits or features.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must provide an accurate email address and promptly update it if it changes.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send requests to systems you are not authorized to access, or to conduct attacks, denial-of-service, or unauthorized scanning.
• Store or transmit unlawful content, malware, or material that infringes others' rights.
• Abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent the limits or security of the Service.
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties except through normal workspace collaboration.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the Service or other users at risk.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the requests, flows, environments, and other data you put into the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display Your Content for the purpose of operating the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the data you upload and for not storing secrets you are not permitted to handle.

6. Paid plans

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change prices with reasonable notice.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect paid customers.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. On deletion, your personal data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
